A: No, Heritage Academy is a public charter and is not a tuition school. Some classes may have fees involved, like certain electives that may be optional. This does not typically fall into our K-5 programming (more often JH/HS)

Please note that free and reduced lunch options are not available

A: School will be from 8:00-3:15 (students may be dropped off at 7:30).

A: No, families are responsible to provide their own transportation. Heritage can help provide carpool lists for assistance to families.

At Heritage Academy, children enrolling in kindergarten must turn five years old before September 1 of the school year. If a child’s fifth birthday falls on or after September 1, they are not eligible for kindergarten enrollment for that school year.

We first enroll students who meet the age requirement. If additional seats become available, we may consider early admission testing for children whose birthdays are closest to the cutoff date. This process would not take place until June.

Families are welcome to remain on our interest list; however, the cutoff for early kindergarten openings is October 1.

For inquiries on our PreK program at Liberty Kids, please contact director@libertykidsaz.com.

A: We began posting September 2025 and interviews started in November. Most positions have been filled.
