IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER
Is your scholar moving or transferring to another school this year?
You may continue to receive emails and texts until the first day of school when they will be removed from our system.
If you haven’t already done so, please complete the WITHDRAWAL FORM.
We will process the required paperwork and let you know when it is ready.
Just a friendly reminder to use the cell phone lot for scholar parking and drop-off/pick-up. Please do not park on the neighborhood streets.
Here is a copy of THE VERY IMPORTANT EMAIL, just in case you missed it! This will give you the information you will need to prepare for the upcoming school year. It is imperative you read through it and CLICK ON THE LINKS!
DRIVELINE
We have double traffic lines around our building. Please always follow directions of staff members. Once you have reached the drop-off zone, pull all the way up to the crosswalk (or as far as you can) before dropping off.
If you are in the LEFT lane, scholars must exit to the sidewalk out of the LEFT side of your vehicle. If you are in the RIGHT lane, scholars must exit out of the RIGHT side of the vehicle and walk up to the crosswalk to cross traffic. Please leave the center lane open for vehicles to exit.
After school, the driveline will not open until 3:20 PM. The Maricopa Police Department will be issuing citations for anyone in violation. If you do arrive early, please use the gravel lot on the West side of Our Lady of Grace Parish as a “Cell Phone Lot.” At 3:20 PM you may enter the driveline. Please queue up in both lanes around the building to maximize vehicle capacity.
Junior High Boys Volleyball Tryouts are coming up! This is a 2nd Quarter sport and space is limited. Tryout to reserve your spot in the class for Q2. You are able to move from a Q1 sport into volleyball class for Q2. Reach out to Coach Miller for any questions!
All Course fees for the fall semester will be due on Thursday, July 31st. Payments are made ONLINE ONLY through https://www.myschoolbucks.com/.

HOW TO PAY FEES WITH ECA TAX CREDIT FUNDS
If your scholar has an ECA account credit, we will automatically apply the credit to the open invoice. Please allow one week from the invoice due date for the credit to be applied.
All scholars will be required to be in Heritage uniform for pictures. Please make sure your scholar’s hair, facial hair, and uniform meets Heritage standards to ensure they will have their photo taken.

Heritage Academy offers advising to every scholar on campus. Mrs. Bocchinfuso will coach them along their college prep path, get them enrolled in college while in high school, and set up for future success!
