Junior High Flag Football is now 8-1 for the season.  This week they played Academy Del Sol 46-0 and Leading-Edge Academy 45-6. Nice work gentlemen!  Big plays this week by Brennan Doscher throwing 3 TD passes. Jonathan Uribe with a 45-yard running TD and a passing TD. Jackson Dum had a 35-yard catch/run for a TD, and Noah Lewis with 4 passing TD.  These boys are on fire!

J.V. Boys Basketball won against PS Academy 56-27.  They played a fantastic game. Coaches and parents from both sides commended them on their sportsmanship and overall representation of Heritage Academy!

Tennis played awesome at their meet against BASIS Ahwatukee.  These ladies continue to grow with each match and make Coach Amber Robinson extremely proud.

Varsity Basketball fought hard and stayed together throughout their playoff game but ultimately fell to the AZ Compass Dragons 54-59.  Great job gentlemen.  Special thanks to Coach Rowan for his dedication and leadership.

Varsity Girls Basketball grabbed their playoff win against Glenview College Prep 49-27.  Last year was our first year for Varsity Girls Basketball and we missed the playoffs by one game.  This year we hosted a first round playoff game and brought home a big win.  Great job ladies, congratulations Coach Comerford!

Safety-First-scaled

As we drop off and pick up scholars at school, we need to respect our neighbors.  They have been reporting to law enforcement the speeding in the neighborhood, blocking driveways and blowing through stop signs.  All traffic laws should be obeyed on and off campus.

Arrive-Early

Plan to leave home sooner in the morning to get your scholars to school on time.  The closer you arrive to the start of school, the more traffic there will be.  Scholars can be dropped off as early as 7:20.  We do have a strict tardy policy and know that traffic can slow down starting at 7:40.  Please plan accordingly.

Friday-Appointments
All appointments including dentist, doctor, orthodontist, etc. should be scheduled on Fridays or after school.  Fridays are the perfect day since we have it off and your scholar(s) will not miss class time.

PHOTO ID REQUIRED

TO SIGN-OUT YOUR SCHOLAR

PHOTO-IDIf you need to sign-out your scholar, you will be required to show your ID and we will make a copy of it for our records.

COVID19-1

  • If scholars are not feeling well, please keep them home.  Please do a daily check before sending them to school.

  • Scholars who are sick (not with Covid) may return back to school when they have been symptom free for 24 hours.

  • If scholars test positive for Covid, they should quarantine for 10 days.

  • If scholars are exposed to Covid and remain symptom free, they may attend school.  In the case of exposure from an immediate family member, we ask scholars to quarantine for 10 days.
