Course-Fees

All Course fees for the fall semester are now PAST DUE. Schedule changes for non-payment will begin on Monday, 8/11. If your scholar still has a balance, please make a payment before then.

Payments are made ONLINE ONLY through https://www.myschoolbucks.com/. We unfortunately DO NOT accept cash or checks.

HOW TO PAY FEES WITH ECA TAX CREDIT FUNDS

If your scholar has an ECA account credit, we will automatically apply the credit to the open invoice. Please allow one week from the invoice due date for the credit to be applied.

COMMON ISSUE: No invoices? You must add your scholar to your account. Click the profile icon and select “My Students.” You may also need to add Heritage Academy as a new district if you have another school on your account that uses myschoolbucks.

HEROES SPORTS UPDATE

Heroes Sports Update

Our Heroes Team Shop is open for one more week. After 8/14 it will close and those items will no longer be available. There is a great assortment of t-shirts, hoodies, jackets, etc. Please check them out here: Heritage MARICOPA Sports

Athletic Documents and Fees

All athletes need to turn in the ATHLETIC PACKET and current PHYSICAL and have their fees paid before they are eligible to compete. This is for any scholar on a competitive team. Check your email for your invoice that can be paid in MySchoolBucks.

Fall and Q1 Seasons Begin Next Week

Please check out the new CAA hosting site for our current athletic schedule. It is at GoBound. You can view team rosters individually or the weekly calendar as a whole. All athletes and families should also be on your team’s TeamReach account. Let your coach know if you need the code.

Hero Sponsorship Opportunities

We are looking for sponsors to help with team athletic costs. If you, or someone you know, would like to be a Hero Sponsor, please reach out to your coach or to the Athletic Director, Jeff Miller (jeffrey.miller@heritageacademyaz.com).

We offer many different sponsorship opportunities, from banner ads, scoreboard signage, and on our annual senior banners. We have a big senior class this year, including 20 in the fall season alone. This senior class has scholars that started in 6th grade with Heritage Maricopa in Elements at Ak-Chin Circle.

NO OUTSIDE FOOD (fast food or delivery) is allowed. The school does not provide a lunch if your scholar forgets.

REMIND YOUR SCHOLAR TO PACK A LUNCH.

Just a friendly reminder to use the cell phone lot for scholar parking and drop-off/pick-up.

We sincerely thank Our Lady of Grace for generously allowing us to use their property as our cell phone lot. Please be respectful of the space, as continued use depends on our care and courtesy.

Please do not park, pick-up or drop-off scholars in the NO PARKING AREAS or on the neighborhood streets.
