HAC-Enrollment-2026-2027

It is hard to believe it is that time of year again!!

Open Enrollment for the 2026-2027 school year begins November 1st, and will run through November 15th!

We anticipate a continuation of increased enrollment, with many new families eager for their scholar to benefit from the quality academic and character building environment at Heritage Academy.

EXISTING SCHOLARS – All current scholars will be reserved a spot for next year and will complete re-enrollment in January during the course selection process.  Please do not complete the enrollment application.  If you are planning to withdraw for 2nd semester (after Christmas Break), please complete THE WITHDRAWAL REQUEST FORM.

NEW SCHOLARS – We are now offering grades K-12!!  If you have friends or family members (including siblings) that do not currently attend Heritage, they will need to complete the full enrollment application. The 2026-2027 school year option will not be available until NOVEMBER 1st.  CLICK HERE TO ENROLL ON NOVEMBER 1ST.

Open Enrollment will run through November 15th and the lottery will run the first week of February. CLICK HERE FOR LOTTERY DETAILS. Heritage siblings do receive a priority, however you will want to apply during the Open-Enrollment period (11/1-11/15) to be included in the lottery and have the best chance of being offered a seat.

***Please Note*** Waitlist applications do not roll-over from year to year.  You must re-apply each year if your scholar is currently on the waitlist.

📘 Second-Semester Schedules
Second-semester schedules are now visible in PowerSchool.

  • If your scholar’s schedule looks correct, no further action is needed.
  • If changes are needed, please do not email Mr. Daniels. He will not be replying to schedule change emails. Instead, follow the process below.

Schedule Change Request Process

  1. You or your scholar may complete the request form at this link: 2025–2026 Second-Semester Schedule Change Request Form
  2. Mr. Daniels will review all requests. If a change is approved, he will notify you and your scholar, and the update will be visible in PowerSchool.

Please do not email about schedule change requests — only use the form.

Schedule changes will only be approved for the following reasons:

  1. Class of 2026 senior missing a required course
  2. Missing a course (blank spot in schedule)
  3. Incorrect class placement (e.g., placed in College Mathematics instead of General Math)

Parents and scholars have until Friday, November 14, to submit a schedule change request. After that date, schedules will be final.

Don’t be alarmed if the order of classes changes as Mr. Daniels balances class sizes.

Course-FeesClass Fees
Fees for second-semester classes will be invoiced on Monday, January 12th and they are due Monday, January 19, 2026. Please plan ahead. You can find the fees for each class at the following link: 2025–26 Maricopa Course Fees

Thank you for your cooperation and attention to this process.
