STEP 1: COURSE SELECTION (Required ONLY if your scholar is returning)
☐ Review the Course Selection Form for the 2026–2027 school year with your scholar
☐ Discuss required courses and elective interests
☐ Carefully read all directions on the form
☐ Review course fees: 2025–26 Maricopa Campus Course Fees
Note: Course fees may adjust for the 2026–2027 school year
JUNIOR HIGH ONLY (Current 6th–8th Grade)
☐ Review the appropriate presentation:
☐ 2026–2027 – 7th Grade Registration (Current 6th Grade)
☐ 2026–2027 – 8th Grade Registration (Current 7th Grade)
☐ 2026–2027– 9th Grade Registration (Current 8th Grade)
☐ Bring the completed and signed Course Selection Form on:
Monday and Tuesday, February 2–3 (History Class)
HIGH SCHOOL ONLY (Current 9th–11th Grade)
☐ Review the appropriate presentation:
☐ 2026–2027 – 10th Grade Registration (Current 9th Grade)
☐ 2026–2027 – 11th Grade Registration (Current 10th Grade)
☐ 2026–2027 – 12th Grade Registration (Current 11th Grade)
☐ Bring the completed and signed Course Selection Form on:
Wednesday and Thursday, January 28–29 (History Class)
STEP 2: RETURNING OR NOT RETURNING (Required for all families returning or not-returning)
☐ Visit heritageacademy.schoolmint.net
☐ Sign in using your username and password
☐ Click “Forgot Username or Password” if credentials need to be reset
☐ On the student dashboard, click “Returning or Not Returning”
☐ Confirm your selection in the pop-up window
☐ If you are NOT RETURNING:
☐ No further action is required at this time
☐ Heritage Academy will contact you with withdrawal information toward the end of the school year
☐ If you are RETURNING, continue to Step 3
STEP 3: RE-ENROLL (Required ONLY if you are returning)
☐ Click “Re-Enroll” on the student dashboard for each scholar
☐ Verify and update information as needed:
☐ Address
☐ Phone number(s)
☐ Email address(es)
☐ Click “Save and Continue”
☐ Select “Re-Enrollment Demographic Update”
☐ Complete all required information
☐ If you have moved:
☐ Upload a new Arizona Residency Proof
☐ Select an approved document (ID, utility bill, etc.)
☐ Wait until the status shows “Uploaded”
☐ Click “Submit Forms”
☐ Select “Wireless Communication Device Policy”
☐ Complete all required information
☐ Click “Submit Forms”
☐ Watch for a confirmation email from SchoolMint
☐ No additional confirmation is needed unless contacted by the school

All Course fees for the second semester are now PAST DUE. Scholars will be removed from classes for non-payment starting on Monday, 1/26.
Payments are made ONLINE ONLY through https://www.myschoolbucks.com/. We unfortunately DO NOT accept cash or checks.

HOW TO PAY FEES WITH ECA TAX CREDIT FUNDS
If your scholar has an ECA account credit, we will automatically apply the credit to the open invoice. Please allow one week from the invoice due date for the credit to be applied.
COMMON ISSUE: No invoices? You must add your scholar to your account. Click the profile icon and select “My Students.” You may also need to add Heritage Academy as a new district if you have another school on your account that uses myschoolbucks.
SCHOLAR COUNCIL PRESENTS…DOLLARS FOR DUDS
THURSDAY, JANUARY 29th

On Dollars for Duds days, scholars are allowed to wear non-uniform clothing (INCLUDING JEANS) that meet Heritage Standards. $1.00 for shirt and $1.00 for pants/shorts. No change smaller than a quarter will be accepted. Wristbands purchased for participation must be worn on your scholar’s wrist throughout the day. Dollars for Duds is optional, and scholars do not have to participate. Money raised goes to support Scholar Council and the school activities and dances they support.
Heritage Standard means: no sleeveless or midriff shirts; shorts must be 4″ from the middle of the knee and skirts must come to the middle of the knee; no pants or shorts that are ripped, torn or frayed; NO YOGA PANTS or leggings; no inappropriate slogans or symbols on the clothing; and NO PAJAMAS, SLIPPERS or CROCS.
Scholar Council and school staff reserve the right to send scholars to the office for any dress code issues. Wristbands are available in the front office if your scholar arrives late.

DRESS CODE REMINDER

Winter wear, sweatshirts, hoodies, and sweaters must be SOLID
RED, WHITE, or NAVY BLUE. Pictures, logos, or writing are not allowed.
Pure white and Snow White are the only white outerwear colors allowed.
Approved Heritage branded outerwear bears the Heritage Academy logo or says Heritage Academy on it and is red, white, or navy blue.


Just a friendly reminder to use the cell phone lot for scholar parking and drop-off/pick-up.
We sincerely thank Our Lady of Grace for generously allowing us to use their property as our cell phone lot. Please be respectful of the space, as continued use depends on our care and courtesy.
Please do not park, pick-up or drop-off scholars in the NO PARKING AREAS or on the neighborhood streets.
