Is your scholar moving or transferring to another school next year? If you haven’t already done so, please complete the
WITHDRAWAL FORM.
We will process the required paperwork to be ready for signature on the last day of school.
Graduation will be held on Wednesday, 5/20 @ 5:30 pm. This is an Invite Only Event. Tickets are required.
Awards Ceremonies
Scholars will be recognized for their achievements including department awards, Straight A’s award, and more. We will also recognize our scholars who successfully completed the 8th grade.
JH Scholars can be dropped off starting at 8:00 am on Thursday, 5/21 and the awards will start at 8:30 am. JH Scholars can be picked up at 10:00 am.
HS Scholars can be dropped of starting at 10:00 am on Thursday, 5/21 and the awards will start at 10:30 am. HS Scholars can be picked up at 12:00 pm.
Parents of scholars nominated for a special teacher awards should have been notified.
My Hot Lunchbox will NOT be delivering food on this day.
If your scholar currently has a D or F in any of their classes, we are recommending Summer School.

NO OUTSIDE FOOD IS ALLOWED
NO OUTSIDE FOOD (fast food or delivery) is allowed. The school does not provide a lunch if your scholar forgets.
REMIND YOUR SCHOLAR TO PACK A LUNCH.
Just a friendly reminder to use the cell phone lot for scholar parking and drop-off/pick-up.
We sincerely thank Our Lady of Grace for generously allowing us to use their property as our cell phone lot. Please be respectful of the space, as continued use depends on our care and courtesy.
Please do not park, pick-up or drop-off scholars in the NO PARKING AREAS or on the neighborhood streets.
COLLEGE CORNER
Heritage Academy offers advising to every scholar on campus. Mrs. Bocchinfuso will coach them along their college prep path, get them enrolled in college while in high school, and set up for future success!
